Introduction

This topic describes how DRB uses StatWatch data.

Detailed Information

StatWatch data is collected for the primary purpose of providing DRB users information about their operations. To access the StatWatch website, you must be a SiteWatch Support Group member in good standing.

To users that you authorize, detailed information about your site(s) is reported on the StatWatch website. This information includes, but is not limited to, sales, labor, trends, projections, and history.

To provide information about the history and trends of the industry, StatWatch data is analyzed and reported in aggregate to your StatWatch authorized users, DRB, and third parties. Some examples include, but are not limited to, the following:

• For your StatWatch users, providing comparisons between your car wash's performance to those in the industry, to similar car washes, and to those in your region.

• Displaying the "health of the industry" on IndustryWatch.net.

• Reporting on sales trends over time.

DRB does not provide detailed data about a specific car wash or organization to any third party. DRB does not analyze or report on StatWatch sales or labor data for a specific car wash or organization except for troubleshooting, problem resolution, and new feature development purposes. DRB makes reasonable commercial efforts to protect StatWatch data, including (but not limited to) a confidentiality agreement with our staff members.

To stop sending data to StatWatch, call DRB Support and request that the StatWatch Data Collector be uninstalled at all of your sites. Your StatWatch account and collected data will also be deleted from our StatWatch servers.
